FINISHED ROOM!

Here ya go Grandma!

We finally finished my room!!
All we need is a night stand and a dresser, but those aren't very important :)
Everyone is jealous of my new, fuzzy carpet. And my awesome paint...and my tall bed..and my fancy "France" looking paintings and stufff.
I'm pretty proud of my "new" room, if i may say so myself!
I never come out of it!
But yeah, thanks Momma for spending all your money on me so I could re-do my room!
Wooooooooooooo!
Oh and P.S. IT'S SUMMER!!!!!!!

Summer 2009

(: Sixteen more days until summer!! Oh the agony! I didn't think i'd be able to get through eighth grade. Team presentations, tons of homework, responsibility. Stressful? Hmm..not really. I should enjoy it for as long as i can because in less than four months, I'm gonna be in the high school! My brain fills up with: excitedness, nervousness, curiosity, and scaredness. I'm intimidated by people really easily so being in school with seniors and older people freak me out. I signed up for alot of activities though. Good to be involved, eh? I hope high school goes as slow as possible because..well...I don't wanna grow up! Thinking about the real world makes my stomach churn. Ooooh. :)

The Best Friends

Other than my family, the people i care about the most are my friends. They're always there for me and they always know how to make me laugh. Fridays are always the day we're together. It's the day i will always look forward to for the rest of my life. Margaret & Megan: My humor, Ali: My therapist:), Tanisha: My Other Half.
I hope i always have these guys in my life because they always know how to have fun and make the days i'm with them worth while. :)

Spring Break '09: Las Vegas, NV

I've always had a thing for big cities-- don't know why, but I do. I love being in places with tall buildings and bright lights at night and humongous buildings that scrape the sky..(eh?). Las Vegas, Nevada. A.K.A. "Sin City". A place where gamblers go to waste all their money. Unfortunately, I'm not 21 yet. (Boo-hoo) Haahh, just kidding. Going to Las Vegas was so much fun. From the wax museam where the wax figures of Johnny Depp, Elton John, Hugh Hefner, etc. stood stiffly (which was probably MY highlight of the trip) to the "fake" Eiffel tower which i was soooo excited to see because I am "oh-so" obsessed with France. It was all so interesting! The drive there was long, but we got through it (mostly because i slept the whole way while Mom and Dad fought through the night to get there [ha]). Circus Circus was where we stayed. Pretty fancy.. I went on my first "upsidedown" roller coaster the day after we got there! (Yay me!) Plus, it was one of the fastest roller coasters in the U.S. I believe. The adrenaline rush when that thing went from zero to sixty in 3 seconds made my stomach fall out. I think I left it on the seat (hehe). It was INSANE. The adventuredome was also fun. I went on the roller coaster there two times. That also went upside down. Afterwards when i got off, i had a really big headache because you hit your head so many times while being shoved from left to right in the seat. The good thing was that i got over my fear of fast, scary roller coasters. woo! Overall, I think i'll always remember Spring Break of 2009. It was soo fun and i'm so grateful that we had the chance to get out of Idaho this year. :)
